摘要
与传统机械齿轮相比,磁性齿轮具有低噪声、高效率、便于维护、高可靠性以及过载保护等优点。在对传统径向式磁性齿轮传动原理分析的基础上,对高性能磁性齿轮拓扑结构进行了综述,并介绍了各自的传动特点及其与典型径向式磁性齿轮相比的优缺点,最后指出了磁性齿轮在风力发电系统、航空运输以及工业自动化等领域中的应用前景。
Magnetic gears offer several advantages compared to mechanical gears,in terms of low noise,reduced maintenance,improved reliability and inherent overload protection,whilst having a high efficiency.Based on the discussion of the principle of the traditional radial magnetic gear,an overview of the existing topology of the high performance magnetic gear is described,the transmission characteristics of each topologies are introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages compared to the traditional radial magnetic gear are presented.Finally the potential application in areas such as wind power systems,air transport and industrial automation is described.
