摘要
齿轮基本参数的确定在齿轮设计中具有非常重要的意义。传统的齿轮机构设计以满足强度和寿命理论为原则,忽略了齿轮参数对内啮合效率的影响。对渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮内啮合齿廓啮合过程进行分析,推导出内啮合效率的计算公式,并在此基础上利用MATLAB编程研究齿轮基本参数对内啮合效率的影响。为内啮合齿轮传动机构设计中基本参数的选择提供参考依据。
The selection of gear basic parameters is an important content on gear design. Traditional design attaches importance to strength and life, which ignores the effect of basic parameters on meshing efficiency. Researches the internal gear-pair actual meshing transmission process of involute cylindrical spur gear,presents a calculating formula of internal gear-pair actual meshing efficiency, and uses MATLAB to research the effect on internal gear-pair actual meshing efficiency by analyzing the basic parameters of gear,which sets up a firm foundation for the selection of basic parameters on gear design.
