KKAI1/CD82在甲状腺癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究KAI1/CD82在正常甲状腺组织和甲状腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法及实时定量PCR方法对12例正常甲状腺组织和35例手术切除的甲状腺癌组织进行KAI1/CD82检测。结果①SP法:在正常甲状腺组织中、乳头状癌中、甲状腺滤泡癌中、髓样癌中,KAI1/CD82阳性表达率分别为100%、80%、69.2%、16.7%,KAI1/CD82在正常甲状腺组织中与乳头状甲状腺癌中的表达相比有所下降但差异不明显(P>0.05),滤泡癌及髓样癌同正常甲状腺组织相比,KAI1/CD82表达显著降低(P<0.05)。②RT-PCR KAI1/CD82在正常甲状腺组织中、乳头状癌中、滤泡癌中、髓样癌中的相对表达值为91.124±12.292、85.406±12.992、70.1±10.880、30.682±13.270,乳头状癌与正常甲状腺组织相比,KAI1/CD82的表达量有所下降,但不显著。滤泡癌及髓样癌同正常甲状腺组织相比,KAI1/CD82表达量显著下降(P<0.05)。结论 KAI1/CD82的表达情况对甲状腺癌的临床诊断治疗具有一定指导作用和意义,可能成为患者预后推测的重要指标。 Objective To study the expression of KAI1/CD82 in Thyroid Carcinoma and its Clinical Significance. Methods Normal thyroid tissues from twelve people and thyroid cancer tissues obtained from 35 inpatients were detect the expression of KAI1/CD82 by immunohistochemistry SP method and RT-PCR method.Results ①SP method:The positive rates of normal thyroid tissues,papillary thyroid carcinoma,follicular thyroid carcinoma,medulla thyroid carci-noma were 100%,80%,69.2%,16.7%,the KAI1/CD82 positive rate increased correlated with the higher histological grade of thyroid carcinoma,but insignificant (P〉0.05),follicular thyroid carcinoma,medulla thyroid carcinoma were significantly lower than that in normal thyroid tissues (P 〈0.05)②RT-PCR method:The relative contents of KAI1/CD82 in normal thyroid tissues,papillary thyroid carcinoma,follicular thyroid carcinoma,medulla thyroid carcinoma were 91.124±2.292,85.406±2.992,70.1±0.880,30.682±3.270,the relative contents of KAI1/CD82 in papil-lary thyroid carcinoma were lower than that in normal thyroid,but insignificant (P〉0.05),follicular thyroid carcino-ma,medulla thyroid carcinoma were significantly lower than that in normal thyroid tissues (P 〈0.05).Conclusion The expression of KAI1/CD82 in Thyroid Carcinoma have some guiding role and significance for diagnosis and treatment, may become important index to speculate prognosis of patients.
