摘要
目的：探讨临床护理路径模式开展健康教育对系统性红斑狼疮患者护理质量及医疗费用的作用。方法将2011年1～12月收治的系统性红斑狼疮患者26例设为对照组，将2012年1～12月收治的系统性红斑狼疮患者28例设为研究组。两组患者均给予常规治疗及对症处理，对照组开展常规健康教育模式，研究组实施临床护理路径式健康教育。比较两组患者医疗知识掌握程度、护理满意度及医疗费用。结果研究组患者住院天数少于对照组（P＜0.05），医疗费用低于对照组（P＜0.05），患者健康知识掌握率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论临床护理路径健康教育模式能够提高系统性红斑狼疮患者对疾病的认知水平及护理满意度，同时还能并缩短住院时间，降低医疗费用，值得进一步推广。
Objective To explore the effect clinical nursing path on quality of nursing and medical expenses of patients with sys -temic lupus erythematosus （ SLE） .Methods A total of 26 SLE cases in our hospital from January to December in 2011 were elected as control group , who were carried out routine health education model;28 cases from January to December in 2012 were elected as study group , who were carried out health education .The nursing satisfaction rate , medical expenses and the master degree of patients＇medical knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results The medical knowledge master rate in study group was 100%, which was better than than of control group （69.2%） （P〈0.05）;the hospitalization time of study group was （8.01 ±1.14） d, which was less than that of control group 〔 （11.25 ±2.07） d〕 （P〈0.05）;the medical expenses of study group was （4 621.07 ±412.91） yuan, which was less than that of control group 〔 （5843.08 ±308.16 ） yuan〕 （ P〈0.05 ）;the nursing satisfaction degree of study group was higher than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions Health education mode can improve nursing satisfaction , shorten the time of hospitalization , reduce the medical cost , worthy of further promotion.
