摘要
目的研究肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在流产大鼠胎盘蜕膜组织中的表达及IFN-γ抗体干预效用,探讨其与自然流产的关系,为临床早期自然流产的防治提供一定的思路。方法实验孕鼠随机分为正常孕组、流产模型组、IFN-γ抗体干预组。于孕12d剖腹观察妊娠结局并取材,免疫组织化学技术检测蜕膜组织中TNF-α与MMP-9的表达情况。结果与正常妊娠模型组和干预模型组相比,流产模型组大鼠胎盘组织中TNF-α与MMP-9的表达显著升高。结论 TNF-α、MMP-9的异常表达与流产具有相关性,可能是早期流产发生的重要因素之一。IFN-γ抗体可对自然流产起到一定的预防和保护作用。
Objective： To study the expression of TNF -α, MMP -9 in decidual placental tissues of spontaneous abortion rat mod- els Intervention effect of IFN - γantibody, to explore its relationship with spontaneous abortion, and to certain ideas for early clinical prevention and treatment of spontaneous abortion. Methods ： The experimental pregnant rats were randomly divided into normal pregnant group, abortion model group, IFN - γ antibody intervention group. We cut the belly to observe the outcome on the 12th day in all groups. Immunohistochemistry were used to detect expression of TNF - α and MMP - 9 protein in decidual placental tissues. Results ： Compared with the expression of TNF - α and MMP - 9 of Placenta tissue of three models, spontaneous abortion rat mode were signifi- cantly increased than the other models. Conclusions ： The abnormal expression of TNF - α and MMP - 9 have relevance with abortion, may be one of the important factors of early abortion. IFN - γantibody may play a certain role in the spontaneous abortion prevention and protection.
