摘要 研究高精密牙盘转台的主要组成部件,在建立转台传动系统的数学模型基础之上,对转台传动系统的背隙调整机构、齿盘定位机构等关键技术进行理论分析、优化设计和实践检验;同时考虑在高耦合强度、大扭矩、快速反应的要求下,设计可靠的电气、液压回路,保证转台的定位精度和重复定位精度。对转台的关键部件进行装配、调试与检测,使其满足技术要求,并最终完成卧加转台的装配和精度检验,检验结果表明本次转台优化设计及对关键技术研究具有突破性的进展,转台的性能、精度、生产周期及制造成本均有显著的提升。 Key components of high precision CNC rotary table are discussed. Based on mathematic model of the rotary table drive system, theoretical analysis, optimization design and practical inspection have been made for back-lash adjustment mechanism, gear plate positioning and other major technologies. At the same time, with the requirements of high coupling strength, high torque, quick response considered, reliable electrical and hydraulic circuit are designed to ensure positioning accuracy and repeatability positioning accuracy of ratary table. Key components are assembled, debugged and tested to meet the technical requirements, and to ultimately complete high accuracy assembly and inspection test of rotary table. Results show that the rotary table optimizing design and research on key technology have breakthrough progress in the performance and precision of turntable.
