摘要
针对膜片弹簧的结构特性以及弹性特点,对目前现有的多种膜片弹簧的优化数学模型进行了分析研究,综合考虑了离合器膜片弹簧的两个重要性能指标,并在此基础上提出了以弹簧压紧力变化的平均值最小以及驾驶员操纵分离力平均值最小为共同优化目标的新数学优化函数。用此数学优化模型进行了实例计算,并与已有的优化模型的计算结果进行了比对。结果表明,利用新的数学优化模型计算出的膜片弹簧的性能较以往的优化设计方案有显著的提高。
Optimization mathematical model of the existing domestic diaphragm spring are analyzed based on the structural properties and elastic characteristics. A new optimization target function which takes objectives with the minimum of average compress force changing of the spring and the minimum force of the separation bearing with the driver's manipulate is proposed after considering two important performanees index of the clutch diaphragm spring. Calculations of practical example have been done for this mathematical utilized model and are compared with existing utilized model. The result shows that the performance of the diaphragm spring obtained from the new models improves greatly compared with the previous designs.
