摘要
自调式膜片弹簧离合器在国外市场的广泛应用证明了它的优越性能。首先介绍了自调式膜片弹簧离合器的特点及其自调原理,创新的将优化设计方法引入了自调式膜片弹簧离合器的设计过程。广泛参考了传统膜片弹簧离合器和各种典型碟簧的优化设计方法,分别就基本参数、膜片弹簧和力感应弹簧三部分进行了优化设计。通过计算校核和有限元分析,证明该优化方法可行。
The self-adjusting clutch （SAC） has proven itself through applications abroad. It introduces the feature of the SAC and its adjusting system. And firstly lead optimum design into the design of the SAC. In contrast to the optimum design of the conventional clutch,work out the optimum design of main parameters ,diaphragm spring and sensor DS. The calculation and test indicates that the design can realize the required functions and the optimum design of the SAC is feasible.
