摘要
为了提高带式污泥干燥机效率,干燥研究者们一直在寻求通过改变污泥干燥形态来达到此目的,条状污泥便于实现快速、高效的干燥,因此其挤出装置的结构设计十分重要。通过对带式污泥干燥技术的研究,在参考国外污泥自动挤出技术的基础上,研究设计了一种新型的条状污泥自动挤出装置。在结构设计的基础上,为了验证结构的可靠性,则进一步对关键剪切主轴进行了数学建模,优化设计与仿真,并对其进行了力学性能实验,实验证明了所设计的剪切主轴安全可靠。
In order to improve the efficiency of belt type sludge drying machine, drying researchers has been seeking by changing the sludge drying farm to achieve this purpose, strip sludge is easy to realize rapid, efficient drying, so the structure design of extrusion device is very important. Based on the research of belt type sludge drying technology, and references from foreign sludge automatic extrusion technology, a new type af automatic strip sludge extrusion device is designed. On the basis of the structure design, further mathematical modeling, optimization and simulation and mechanical performance experiment have been made on the critical shear spindle in order to verify the reliability of the structure, the experiment proves that the design of shear spindle is safe and reliable.
