摘要
研究了用微波加热碱液溶出法回收粉煤灰中的硅和铝。结果表明:在微波加热温度90℃、浸出时间1h、液固体积质量比15∶1、氢氧化钠浓度7.5mol/L条件下,硅浸出率为85.62%,铝浸出率为51.41%。该方法具有工艺简单、操作简便、成本低等优点。
Alkali dissolution of silicon and aluminum from fly ash by microwave heating was researched .T he results show that under the conditions of dissolution temperature of 90 ℃ ,dissolution time of 1 h ,ratio between liquid volume and solid mass of 15∶1 and NaOH concentration of 7 .5 mol/L ,silicon dissolution rate reach 85 .62% ,aluminum dissolution rate reach 51 .41% .T he process has advantages of simple ,easy operation and low cost .
