摘要
研究了用硫酸直接从循环流化床粉煤灰中浸出氧化铝,考察了温度、浸出时间与硫酸浓度等因素对氧化铝浸出率的影响。结果表明:浸出温度和时间对Al2O3浸出率影响较大,硫酸浓度影响较小;在浸出温度180℃、浸出时间5h、液固体积质量比5∶1、硫酸初始浓度3.7mol/L条件下,Al2O3浸出率达94.16%,Fe2O3浸出率为95.1%,其他杂质浸出率都较低。
Direct leaching of AI2 03 from circulating fluid bed fly ash using sulfuric acid was researched. The effect of leaching temperature,time and sulfuric acid concentration on leaching rate of Al2 O3 were examined. The experimental results show that the leaching temperature and time influence markedly the leaching rate of Al2O3 ,and effect of sulfuric concentration is not obvious. When temperature is 180 ℃ ,leaching time is 5 h,the ratio between liquid volumetric and solid mass is 5 : 1 and sulfuric acid initial concentration is 3.7 mol/L,the leaching rate of Al2O3 and Fe2O3 can reach 94.16% and 95.1%, leaching rate of other impurities are lower.
