摘要
以蘘荷"紫霞1号"、"紫霞2号"为试材,采用定向聚丙烯(OPP)薄膜进行包装处理,研究4℃条件下贮藏20 d的不同品种蘘荷采后营养品质的变化以及两个品种之间耐贮性的差异。结果表明,随着贮藏时间的延长,紫霞1号失重率的变化幅度较小,但呼吸强度不断增大,可溶性糖和蛋白质含量呈波动性变化的趋势,总酚含量先下降后缓慢上升;紫霞2号除失重率的变化较明显外,其他指标的变化均相对平稳,其耐贮性优于紫霞1号。
Two varieties of Zingiber miogas(Zixia-1 and Zixia-2) were stored at 4 ℃ for 20 days and packaged with oriented polypropylene(OPP) film to study the changes of their post-harvest nutritional quality and differences of storability. The results showed that, there was a small variation in the weight loss rate of Zixia-1 during storage, its respiratory intensity increased gradually, the contents of soluble sugar and protein changed in a fluctuating trend, and the content of phenols decreased first and then increased slowly. The storability of Zixia-2 was much better than Zixia-1, except for the apparent change of rate of weight loss, the changes of other indexes were relatively stable.
