摘要
基于UGNX6.0软件平台,研究了海德汉双转台五轴后处理器的开发过程和方法。以哈默C20U五轴立式加工中心为例,详细地介绍了利用UG/Post创建海德汉五轴后处理的过程,并利用Vericut验证了该后处理的正确性。
Based on UGNX6.0 software platform,the process and method of dual-table postprocessor that configuring heidenhain control system were researched. Taking C20U five-axis vertical machining centre as example,the process with UG/Post was intro-duced detailedly and VERICUT was used to verify the correctness of the postprocessor.
