摘要
针对CK7520B型车床装夹工件的要求,设计了一款新型机械手的夹持机构,利用UG软件对其进行了计算机辅助设计,利用Parasolid格式实现了UG和ADAMS的数据交换,利用MSC.ADAMS对夹持机构进行了虚拟仿真,给出了在工况下夹持机构的各动力学参数,利用上述参数进行了验证分析,对夹持机构中零件进行了校核。最终设计的夹持机构满足了空间和抓举的要求。
This paper devises a new type of mainipulator clamping mechanism for clamping in CK7520B lathe. This accomplishes its computer aided design with UGNX6.0,and exchanges date between UG and ADAMS with Parasolid fomat, and virtually simulates it with ADAMS, finally, enduces all dynatic parameters in case, and verifies it with the parameters. In the end, this design of clamping meets needs of space and snaching.
