摘要
介绍阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)在污水处理设施中的应用现状,并通过实验研究探讨了溶解水温,搅拌速度,溶解助剂用量等对CPAM的溶解性的影响。结果表明,水温越高,搅拌速度越快,CPAM溶解速度越快,但能耗也越大,经乙醇润湿后的CPAM,其溶解性有一定的提高。通过实验结果总结出了最佳的溶解条件:溶解水温:30~50℃,搅拌速度200~300(r/min),乙醇用量控制在溶解水量的0.2%~0.4%。本实验研究结果对指导污水处理厂在冬季气温较低时,污泥脱水设施的工艺调整及技术改造,以降低药耗,控制污水处理成本具有较高的实用价值。
The application status of CPAM in wastewater treatment facilities was introduced. The Influences of water temperature, stirring rate and consumption of dissolving additives had been investigated. It was found that the higher the water temperature and the faster the stirring rate are, the faster CPAM dissolves and the more consumption of energy are. When CPAM gets wet with alcohol, its solubility will increase. It was revealed by experiments that the optimum dissolving conditions are following: 30 -50% for water temperature, 200 -300 (r/min) for stirring rate and consumption quantity of alcohol is percentage 0.2 to 0.4 of water amount. The study results are valuable to reduce CPAM consumption and control sewage treatment costs at low temperatures.
