摘要 反渗透膜法分离技术作为一种新型纯水制备工艺正在被逐步推广,海水淡化是其典型应用领域。在对海水进行反渗透处理时,膜污染问题是影响该技术可靠性的决定因素,只有合理运用化学清洗方可保障设备的安全、稳定、经济运行。本文介绍了海水淡化反渗透膜化学清洗的必要性,详细分析了反渗透膜清洗条件、清洗方案、清洗效果评价及注意事项,最后以惠州平海电厂为例介绍了反渗透系统清洗过程,拟为同类电厂反渗透设备的化学清洗提供借鉴参考。 Reverse osmosis separation technology as a new pure water preparation process is being gradually extended and used for seawater desalination. The membrane fouling problem was the key factor which affected the reliability of this technology. The appropriate chemical cleaning had to be used to protect the security, stability and economic operation of reverse osmosis equipment. This paper firstly analyzed the necessity of chemical cleaning of reverse osmosis membrane, and then discussed the membrane cleaning processes in detail such as cleaning conditions, cleaning technique of reverse osmosis equipment taking in Pinghai membrane cleaning of power plants. solution and cleaning effect evaluation, finally introduced the cleaning power plant as an example.
