摘要
详细分析了分布式电源出力变化对短路电流和保护装置的影响,并在此基础上提出了一种保护整定值随着接入分布式电源输出功率的变化进行自适应调整的保护方法。与传统的方法相比,该方法削弱了分布式电源出力的变化对配电网继电保护的不利影响,使保护范围增大,可靠性增加,原理简单,经济可行。最后以一个实际的10 kV的配电系统为例,通过计算验证了其正确性与有效性。
In the distribution system with distributed generations, the uncertainty of the access point, the fault position and distributed power source output will result in the uncertain effects on the distribution network short circuit currents and protection devices. So the impacts of the distributed power output change in the distribution network with distributed generations are analyzed in detail. And a new method is put forward, in which the protection set- ting value will adaptively change with the output of the distributed power. Compared with the traditional methods, the proposed approach wilt greatly weaken the effects of the changing output of the distributed power supply on distribution network relay protection devices. Finally, the calculation of a practical distribution system is used to verify its reliability and effectiveness.
