摘要
推动社区教育发展,政府、社会、居民都是主体,其中政府不仅是社区教育的推动者,而且也是社区教育的最大受益者。但是仅仅依靠政府的力量推动社区教育是不够的,必须政府、社会、居民各方力量共同参与。台湾地区开展社区教育较早,其运作方式与大陆地区存在截然不同的特点,主要是政府在社区教育产生、发展过程中所扮演的角色差异。由于文化共同,台湾经验对于大陆是值得借鉴的,也能对大陆社区教育的发展有所启迪。
The government, society, residents are subject to promote the development of community education. The government is the promoter of the community education, but also the biggest bene ficiaries . Government, community, residents need to jointly promote the development of community education, but not limited to government power. Taiwan community education early, distinct character- istics in its operation and the mainland, the main difference is the difference in the government, play a role in the development process of community education. Because the common culture between main- land and Taiwan, the Taiwan experience is worth to learning from for the mainland, and to enlighten the development of community education in China.
