摘要
对江门市既有居住建筑围护结构现状进行了调查,分析了江门市既有居住建筑围护结构热工性能及使用状态,利用天正节能软件模拟计算了某一既有住宅建筑围护结构的能耗,根据计算结果分析了其节能潜力,并对围护结构节能改造提出了建议措施.
The thermal performance and usage of the building envelope of existing residential buildings in Jiangmen is analyzed on the basis of an investigation into their current status. The energy consumption of a residential building is simulated using the software TBEC8.0, and its energy-saving potential is derived. Some suggestions for energy saving are presented.
