摘要
我国既有建筑量巨大,建筑的能耗随着既有建筑的增加而呈刚性增长的态势,为倡导节约能源,加快节约型社会建设,该文对武汉地区既有住宅建筑进行了热环境和能耗状况分析,结合建筑节能技术在既有住宅改造中的应用,探讨如何通过节能技术手段满足武汉地区市民对生活环境的需求,满足国家对建筑节能减排工作提出的要求,提升武汉地区城市的整体风貌和形象。武汉地区是夏热冬冷地区气候较有代表性的城市,建筑有保温隔热的双重要求,研究该地区的既有建筑节能具有典型的意义。
With the increasing of existing buildings,the building energy consumption tends to a rigid growth,moreover,the amount in our country is huge.Aiming to sparkplug energy conservation and accelerate the construction of conservation-minded society,we made an analysis of the thermal environment and energy situation of existing residence in Wuhan.Then combining with the application of building energy-saving technology in transformation of existing residence,we explored how to meet the living environmental demands of citizen in Wuhan and the requirements of building energy conservation,moreover,we pondered how to improve the overall character and image of the Wuhan.As Wuhan is a representative city with hot summer and cold winter,buildings here has a dual demands of keeping warm and heat insulation,so it＇s meaningful to study the energy situation of existing buildings in this region.
