摘要
建立血三七胶囊质量控制标准.采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）对血三七胶囊中槲皮素进行含量测定.结果表明：薄层定性条件适合,斑点清晰,HPLC定量方法分离效果好,线性范围0.10～0.8 μg（r=1）,平均回收率100.03％,RSD=0.64％.本法简便、快洁、准确,可作为血三七胶囊质量控制方法.
To establish a quality standard for Xuesanqi capsules.TLC was used to identity quercetin qualitative in xuesanqi capsules.The quanlitative analysis method of quercetin for Xuesanqi capsules was determined by HPLC.Conditions of qualitative identity by TLC were suitable.The results of quantitative analysis by HPLC were suitable.The range of linear was between 0.10 μg to 0.80 μg.（R =1）,the recovery of average was 100.03％,RSD=0.64％.So,a conclusion was gained：the methods is simple,sensitive and suitable for the quality control of Xuesanqi capsules.
