摘要
目的观察乌荞降糖颗粒对糖耐量减低(IGT)患者血糖及血清胰岛素的影响。方法将100例IGT患者随机分为2组。对照组50例予运动治疗,治疗组50例在对照组治疗基础上应用乌荞降糖颗粒,2组均连续治疗6个月。观察2组治疗后转归情况,比较2组治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)及空腹胰岛素(FINS)变化。结果治疗组治疗后糖耐量正常率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后FPG、2 hPG、HbAlc及FINS均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);对照组治疗后FPG、2 hPG及FINS均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后2 hPG、HbAlc及FINS均低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论乌荞降糖颗粒可有效改善糖耐量,降低IGT患者发生糖尿病的风险。
Objective To observe the effect of Wuqiao Jiangtang Granules on blood glucose and blood insu -lin of patients with impaired glucose tolerance （ IGT） .Methods One hundred IGT patients were randomized into two groups：control group（ n =50） and treatment group（ n =50）.The control group was given basic movement thera-py;the treatment group was given Wuqiao Jiangtang Granules （20mg tid） on the basic movement therapy .The treat-ment lasted for 6 months.fasting blood glucose （ FPG）, 2 h （ OGTT2 HPG） blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin （ HbAlc）, and Fasting Insulin Serum（FINS）,was measured before and after treatment.Results Normal glucose tolerance rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）.FPG, 2 hPG, HbAlc and FINS af-ter treatment were decreased as compared with those before treatment in treatment group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. FPG, 2 hPG and FINS after treatment were decreased as compared with those before treatment in control group （ P〈0.05）.2 hPG, HbAlc and FINS in treatment group were lower than those in control group after treatment （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）.Conclusion Wuqiao Jiangtang granule is effective to improve glucose tolerance and can lower diabetes risk.
