摘要
目的:利用近红外漫反射光谱技术快速测定盐酸维拉帕米片的含量。方法:采集盐酸维拉帕米片NIR光谱,采用偏最小二乘法((PLS)进行回归,通过建立NIR光谱与理论测定值之间的多元校正模型,测定定盐酸维拉帕米片的含量。结果:定量分析模型浓度范围为32.8-48.0%(mg/mg);内部交叉验证均方差(RMSECV)为0.668,决定系数(R2)为0.9860;外部验证均方差(RMSEP)为0.553,决定系数(R2)为0.9902。结论:该方法准确可靠、快速简便,可以满足快速检测的需要。
Objective:To rapidly determine verapamil hydrochloride in verapamil hydrochloride tablets.Methods:NIR spectra of verapamil hydrochloride tablets were collected.On the basis of partial least squares(PLS) regression,the multivariant corrected model between the NIR spectra and theoretial values was established to evaluate the content of verapamil hydrochloride tablets.Results:The concentration range of the quantitative analysis model was between 32.8-48.0%(mg/mg).The mean square error of cross validation (RMSECV) was 0. 668.the coefficient of determination (R2)was 0.9860.The mean square error of cross prediction (RMSEP) was 0.553.The average absolute deviation was 0.9902.Conclusion:The method determining verapamil hydrochloride by NIR is accurate,rapid and simple.
