摘要
目的 探讨硝酸甘油片与复方丹参滴丸治疗急性心绞痛的效果.方法 回顾性分析本院2011年1月～2013年6月收治的152例急性心绞痛患者的临床资料,依据治疗方式不同将采用复方丹参滴丸治疗的85例患者作为观察组,采用硝酸甘油片治疗的67例患者作为对照组,观察两组的疗效及不良反应情况.结果 观察组的总有效率为92.94％,对照组的总有效率为94.03％,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.两组治疗前后的血压、心率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.观察组的不良反应发生率为9.41％,明显低于对照组的53.73％（36/67）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 硝酸甘油片与复方丹参滴丸均能有效缓解急性心绞痛的临床症状,但后者不良反应小,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To investigate the effects of nitroglycerin tablets and compound Danshen dripping pills in the treatment of acute angina. Methods Clinical data of 152 patients with acute angina who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2013 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the treatment method,compound Danshen dripping pills were used in observation group （85 patients）and nitroglycerin tablets were used in control group （67 pa- tients）.The efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups was observed respectively. Results Total effec- tive rate in observation group was 94.03%,total effective rate in control group was 92.94%,with no statistical difference （P〉O.05）.The blood pressure and heart rate in two groups before and after treatment was compared respectively,with no statistical difference（P〉O.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group was 9.41%,significantly lower than that in control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Both nitroglycerin tablets and compound Dan- shen dripping pills can effectively relieve the clinical symptom of acute angina,but the latter has smaller adverse reac- tion and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
