中西药联合治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察被引量：2

摘要目的:探讨曲美他嗪联合丹红注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选择本院稳定型心绞痛患者72例,随机分为观察组和对照组各36例。对照组给予常规内科治疗,观察组在常规内科治疗基础上给以盐酸曲美他嗪口服20mg,3次/d,同时给予丹红注射液30ml加入0.9%氯化钠注射液500ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,14d为一个疗程。观察治疗后两组患者临床疗效和心电图改善及各项血液流变学指标变化情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后临床疗效和心电图改善及各项血液流变学指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪联合丹红注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛临床疗效显著,可以显著改善患者临床症状。
