摘要
目的:探讨预见性护理干预对鼻内镜鼻窦手术后患者治疗依从性的影响情况。方法:分析患者520例临床资料,根据是否实施预见性护理措施进行临床随机分组,常规护理组200例和预见性护理组320例。结果:预见性护理组患者治疗依从性明显优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理干预在鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者应用后可以明显提高其治疗依从性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To approach influence of treatment compliance of endoscopic sinus operation patients by foreseeable nursing intervention.Method To analyze 520 cases clinical data of endoscopic sinus operation patients by foreseeable nursing intervention, which was to be divided into two groups,routine nursing group 200 cases and preventive nursing group 320 cases.Result The treat-ment compliance of endoscopic sinus operation patients of preventive nursing group was better than routine nursing group,P〈0.05 , the difference was statistical significance.Conclusion Foreseeable nursing intervention in patients with nasal endoscopic sinus opera-tion can improve the treatment compliance,which was to be used.
