摘要
本文就社会对大学生的素质要求 ,人才测评技术与高校现行的综合素质测评进行比较 ,探索建立一个以市场为导向 ,结合高等教育自身特点的动态的多维素质测评体系 ,使之既有利于引导大学生提高自身素质 。
Based on the comparison between the demands made on the university graduates by society as manifested in its talent assessments and the current comprehensive quality evaluation conducted by colleges and universities,this article attempts to establish a dynamic,market-oriented and multi-dimensional quality assessment system for higher education,which aims to enhance the character of university students and meet the expectation and needs of the society into which they graduate.
