西格列汀联合胰岛素治疗血糖未达标老年2型糖尿病效果观察

摘要 目的观察西格列汀联合胰岛素治疗血糖未达标的老年2型糖尿病的安全性与疗效性。方法对37例血糖未达标的老年2型糖尿病患者在原有治疗基础上给予西格列汀治疗,观察治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPPG及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的变化;同时观察肝肾功能、淀粉酶及血常规等指标的变化。结果患者的FBG、2hPPG均有明显的下降,且随着治疗时间延长,血糖仍可继续下降,不同时点FBG、2 hPPG差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);肝肾功能、淀粉酶及血常规等指标未出现显著变化。结论西格列汀用于老年2性糖尿病患者是安全有效的。
