摘要
目的探讨西格列汀联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病的效果。方法选取2011年11月～2012年4月于本院进行治疗的46例初发的糖尿病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(西格列汀联合甘精胰岛素组)和对照组(阿卡波糖联合甘精胰岛素组),每组各23例,将两组的疗效进行比较。结果观察组的血糖控制达标时间较对照组缩短,而甘精胰岛素的最终剂量较对照组减少,均P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论西格列汀联合甘精胰岛素治疗初发的糖尿病的效果值得肯定。
Objective To study the effect of Sitagliptin combined with Insulin Glargine in the treatment of diabetes mellitus.Methods Forty-six patients with incipient diabetes were selected as research object in our hospital from November 2011 to April 2012,and they were randomly divided into observation group （Sitagliptin combined with Insulin Glargine group） and control group （Acarbose combined with Insulin Glargine group）,with 23 cases in each group,then the curative effect of two groups were compared.Results The time of observation group＇s blood glucose achieving goal was shorter than that of control group,the final dose of Insulin Glargine was smaller than that of control group,all P 0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion The Sitagliptin combined with Insulin Glargine in the treatment of diabetes mellitus is confirmed.
