摘要
[目的]观察麦门冬汤治疗慢性咽炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将123例门诊患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组60例呋喃西林溶液漱口,急性起病复方碘甘油涂抹咽部。治疗组63例麦门冬汤(麦门冬30g,炙甘草、半夏各10g,人参6g,胆南星10g,黄芩6g,大枣去核12枚;咽痛加玄参、金银花各12g;异物感明显加苏梗、马勃10g;恶心加竹茹6g;咽干较重加石解、天花粉10g)1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈37例,有效22例,无效3例,总有效率96.32%。对照组痊愈21例,有效25例,无效14例,总有效率76.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]麦门冬汤治疗慢性咽炎效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the curative effect on chronic pharyngitis maimenDong soup. [Methods] Using random parallel control method,123 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups according to flip a coin method. Control group of 60 cases of nitrofurazone solution gargle to maintain oral and oropharyngeal clean,acute onset to compound iodine glycerin pharyngeal daub,convergence,antiinflammatory. Treatment group 63 examples maimenDong soup（maimendong 30g,Zhigancao,Banxia each 10g,Renshen 6g,Dannanxing 10g,Huangqi 6g,Dazao 12,sore throat and Xuanshen,Jinyinhua each 12g,foreign body sensation obviously with Sugeng,mabo 10g;nausea and Shijie 6g,Tianuafen 10 g）;1/ d,boiling water 200 ml,oral sooner or later. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 10d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment,judge curative effect. [Results]The treatment group（37 cases cured,effective 22 cases,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 96.32%. Control group 21 cases of recovery,effective 25 cases,14 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 76.67%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0. 05）. [Conclusion] maimenDong soup the treatment of chronic pharyngitis effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
