摘要
目的:观察敛痔散外敷促进低位单纯性肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法:将60例低位单纯性肛瘘术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组采用敛痔散外敷,对照组采用呋喃西林纱布湿敷,比较两组术后创面分泌物、肉芽形态、创面愈合时间的差异。结果:治疗组术后第7天、第14天创面渗出量、肉芽生长情况以及创面愈合时间均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低位单纯性肛瘘术后采用敛痔散外敷可减少创面分泌物、促进肉芽生长、加速创面愈合。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Lian Zhi San promotion wound healing postoperative low anal fistula. Methods：60 patients with low anal fistula patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each. The treatment group Lian Zhi San external application, the control group nitrofurazone wet gauze dressing, many compare postoperative wound secre- tions,granulation form,wound healing time difference. Results：The treatment group after the first seven days,the first 14 days the a- mount of wound exudate, granulation growth and healing time was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statisti- cally significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The low anal fistula using Lian Zhi San external application can reduce wound secretions, and promote the growth of granulation and accelerate wound healing.
