摘要
双驴头抽油机在使用过程中经常出现柔性连杆断裂的故障。以后驴头型面为阿基米德螺旋线的双驴头抽油机为例,分析后驴头型面参数与柔性杆断裂的关系。依据得到的结论提出了改进措施。分析结果表明该柔性连杆断裂的故障可以避免。研究结果已应用到双驴头抽油机的设计及实际生产中,得到了很好的效果。
Aiming at the fracture failure of flexible linkage rod which appeared usually in dual horse head pumping unite,the paper presented the example of dual horse head pumping unite which the rear horse head outline shape was Archimedes spiral,from the perspective of parame-ters of rear horse head outline shape the fracture mechanism was analyzed.According to the con-clusions and based on the obtained improvement,the dual horse head pumping unite was put for-ward.The analysis results of the improvement showed that the fracture failure of flexible linkage rod can be avoided.The conclusion in this paper has been used in the design of dual horse head pumping unite and the production practice,the application effect is very good.
