摘要
对用于飞机座舱边缘联接用J-189聚氨酯胶黏剂工艺与老化性能进行了研究。结果表明:砂布的目数对强度影响较小,但砂布的目数越大,有机玻璃的表面划痕越小;胶黏剂在可涂刷的时间内,强度无明显变化;当缺陷面积达到35%时,胶黏剂剪切强度为105kN/m,接近指标值100kN/m。海洋平台户外自然老化12个月后,胶黏剂强度下降3.14%;海洋平台棚下自然老化48个月后,胶黏剂强度下降3.37%;漠河平台户外自然老化12个月后,胶黏剂强度无下降;漠河平台棚下自然老化48个月后,胶黏剂强度略有下降。对胶黏剂固化物老化前后样品进行红外分析,其老化后发生了氨基甲酸酯键的断裂。
The glue spreading technics and natural aging properties of J-189 polyurethane adhesive for the edge bonding of plane cabin were studied. The results showed that the mesh quantity of abrasive cloth had little effect on the strength; however, the more the mesh quantity of abrasive cloth was, the smaller the scratches on plexiglass surface were; the strength of adhesive didn ’t change obviously when it was spreading; when the de-fect area reached 35%, the shear strength of adhesive was 105kN/m which was close to the targeted value (100kN/m). The shear strength of adhesive decreased 3.14% when it exposed in the marine atmosphere for 12 months; and it decreased 3.37% after exposed in the marine atmosphere under a shed for 48 months; the shear strength didn’t decline after aging in Mohe for 12 months, and only a slight decrease was found after 48 months. The IR analysis for the aged adhesive indicated that the carbamate bond was broken after aging.
