摘要
根据某飞机座舱透明件边缘连接处的要求,研制了一种座舱透明件边缘连接用改性丙烯酸酯胶黏剂。通过对改性丙烯酸酯胶黏剂适用期和不同固化条件对胶黏剂性能的影响进行研究,确定了胶黏剂的适用期、固化温度、固化时间等工艺参数;同时对胶黏剂对3号有机玻璃的应力-溶剂银纹性能的影响进行了研究,并对胶黏剂的耐介质性能、耐盐雾性能、耐温度冲击性能、低温老化性能、高温老化性能、湿热老化性能和紫外老化性能进行了考核,上述试验的研究和考核表明座舱透明件边缘连接用改性丙烯酸酯胶黏剂的施工工艺和综合性能可以满足某飞机座舱边缘连接处的使用要求。
In accordance with the requirements of cabin edge bonding, a modified acrylate adhesive used for attaching cabin edge was prepared. The technical parameters such as pot life, curing temperature and curing time of the adhesive were determined by the studies of its pot life and effects of different curing conditions on performance. Effect of adhesive on of stress - solvent craze performance of organic glass - 3 was also studied as well as the resistances to medium,salt fog, high - low temperture alternating, and low temperature aging, high temperature aging, wet - heat aging and ultraviolet radiation aging. The results showed that the processing tochnique and comprehensive properties of the modified acrylate adhesive for cabin edge bonding could meet the application requiresnent of cettain plane.
