摘要
以硅烷偶联剂、甲基丙烯酸酯类、甲基丙烯酸、引发剂(BPO)、溶剂、荧光粉等为原料,采用溶剂聚合方法合成三防保护剂系列涂料。考察了反应温度、引发反应的诱导期、引发剂的用量等对涂料性能的影响。经正交试验确定了最佳工艺条件:反应温度80±5℃,反应的诱导期控制在50min,引发剂的用量为投料量0.57%,可见荧光粉用量为0.25%。
A three proofings protective coating is synthesized by means of solvent polymerization method with using methacrylate esters, silane coupling agent, initiator(BPO), solvents and fluorescent powder as raw materials. The effects of reaction temperature, induction period of initiating the reaction and the dosage of initiator on the performances of the coating are investigated. By the orthogonal test, the optimum process conditions are confirmed as follows: the reaction temperature is 80±5℃, the induction period of reaction is controlled in 50mins, and the dosage of initiator is 0.57%of feed, and the visible fluorescent powder dosage is 0.25%.
