摘要
随钻仪器作业时环境温度高且振动强度大,印制电路板的可靠性和稳定性直接关系到随钻系统的运行状态。基于随钻系统电路板长期可靠稳定工作的实际需求,开展了印制电路板的三防涂覆、点胶和灌封工艺研究。首先,给出材料老化、固化和防护工艺可靠性试验方案;其次,开展了可靠性试验及分析验证;最后,确定了有效的工艺方法和防护措施,解决了高温振动环境下,材料性能退化及焊点疲劳开裂的问题,提高了随钻系统印制电路板的质量和可靠性。
The environment temperature is high and vibration intensity is large when the instrument while drilling is operating.The reliability and stability of the PCB are directly related to running state of MWD system.Based on the actual needs of long-term reliable and stable work of circuit board in MWD system,the three anti-coating,dispensing and potting technology of PCB is studied.Firstly,the reliability test scheme of material burn-in,solidification and protection process is given.Secondly,reliability test and analysis verification are carried out.Finally,effective process method and protection measures are determined.The problems of material property degradation and solder joint fatigue cracking under high temperature vibration environment are solved,and the quality and reliability of PCB of MWD system are improved.
