摘要
目的 探讨手法小切口白内障手术联合人工晶状体植入的临床疗效.方法 对200例（240眼）白内障施行手法小切口摘出手术,观察术中、术后并发症,术后视力恢复情况及患者满意度.结果 术中、术后并发症均较以前术式减少,术后视力恢复较好、较快,患者满意度高.结论 手法小切口白内障手术安全有效,操作简单,投入少,费用低,是适合基层医院开展的复明手术.
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of manual small incision cataract surgery combined with intraocular lens implantation. Methods 200 patients （240 eyes） with cataract underwent manual small incision cataract extraction . The intraoperative and postoperative complications, visual acuity and patient ＂s satisfaction after surgery were observed. Results The intraoperative and postoperative complications were less compared with previous surgery method. The postoperative visual acuity was recovered better and faster. The patients satisfaction was high. Conclusion Manual small incision cataract surgery is safe, effective and simple with low cost, which is suitable for primary hosoitals.
