摘要
在长期治疗眼内异物病人过程中,遇到一些特殊的问题,如生理定位结果是否完全可靠?术前磁性试验的安全性如何?透明晶体内异物的手术方式和时机如何?以及细长异物在手术中折断问题等。还发现在外院长期误诊漏诊的病例。讨论了诊断和手术的注意点。
In the management of intraocular foreign body,some special problems were encountered by us: Is thephysiological localization fully reliable? Is the magnetictest always safe? What is the best method andopportunity of extraction of foreign body in the clearlens? The brokenness of very thin and long foreign bodyduring the surgery must be mentioned. And the case oflongterm misdiagnosis were reported. The principal points of diagnosis and surgery were also dicussed.
