摘要
在国家强调"三农"问题的大背景下,农民增收问题是重中之重。为了加大力度促进黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市农民增收,缓解"三农"问题,通过构建VAR模型,经Johansen协整检验和Granger因果检验,运用脉冲响应函数以及方差分解方法,引入消费变量,研究1987—2012年齐齐哈尔市农民增收变动与经济增长间的动态关系。结果表明,三者具有长期均衡关系,得出增加农民收入对经济增长的作用较弱,但经济发展对农民收入的增加具有一定的促进作用。为解决"三农"问题提供依据。
On the background of the ＂agriculture, rural areas and farmers＂ what the national emphasis on, the problem of increasing farmers＂ income is the top priority. In order to alleviate the problem of ＂agriculture, rural areas and farmers＂ through intensify efforts to promote the farmers＂ income in Qiqihar in Heilongjiang Province. The paper analyzed the dynamic relationship between the changes in farmers＂ income and economic growth introduced variable consumption from 1987 to 2012 by constructing the VAR model, using the Johansen co-integration test and Granger causality test and impulse response function and variance decomposition method. There was the long-term equilibrium relationship along them. Increase farmers＂ income of the effect on economic growth was weak, but the economic development on the increase of farmers＂ income had a certain role in promoting. It provided a basis to solve the problem of ＂agriculture, rural areas and farmers＂.
