摘要
首先给出了块严格α-双对角占优矩阵的充要条件,进而利用这种理论得到了非奇异块H-矩阵的判定条件,最后用数值例子说明结果的有效性.
In this paper,a new sufficient and necessary condition for judging block strictly α-double diagonally dominant matrices is given firstly. By this theorem,some new practical criteria for nonsingular block H-matrices are obtained. In the end,the result effectiveness is illustrated by numerical examples.
