金刚乙胺缩水杨醛Schiff碱铟配合物的合成、表征及抑菌活性研究 被引量:1

Studies on Synthesis,Characterization and Bacteriostasis of Indium Complex with Schiff Base Derived from Rimantadine and Salicylaldehyde

摘要 利用四水合三氯化铟与金刚乙胺缩水杨醛Schiff碱(即配体L)进行反应,合成了新的配合物.用核磁共振、红外光谱、元素分析等测试手段,对新配合物进行了结构表征.测试了四个不同浓度下配体及配合物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌活性. By reaction of indium chloride tetrahydrate with Schiff base(ligand) derived from rimantadine and salicylaldehyde,a novel complex was obtained.It was characterized by IR,1H NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis.Bacteriostasis tests against S.aureus and E.coli were conducted with four different concentrations of ligand and its complex.
