胰岛素抵抗与非胰岛素抵抗多囊卵巢综合征的临床对比分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的分析胰岛素抵抗和非胰岛素抵抗多囊卵巢综合征的治疗方法及临床疗效。方法选取多囊卵巢综合征患者98例,按照是否存在胰岛素抵抗进行分组,对照组46例非胰岛素抵抗患者给予常规治疗,观察组52例胰岛素抵抗患者在常规治疗基础上加用二甲双胍治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后两组患者FSH、E2、TC及LDL间无显著差异,观察组BMI指数、TG显著高于对照组,HDL及LH显著低于对照组。结论胰岛素抵抗和非胰岛素抵抗多囊卵巢综合征患者血脂水平、性激素存在明显差异,在治疗中需对胰岛素抵抗多囊卵巢综合征患者的胰岛素抵抗状态予以有效改善,从而控制相关并发症发生,有效改善患者预后。
