摘要
目的观察补肾化瘀方对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)伴胰岛素抵抗(IR)致月经稀发(肾虚血瘀证)患者疗效。方法以42例符合诊断标准患者为研究对象,1月为1疗程,连续治疗3月,采用自身对照法比较治疗前后的临床症状及FSH、LH、E_2、T、、FBG、FINS和GIR。结果干预前的临床症状及血清激素、胰岛素抵抗情况有显著性差异。结论补肾化瘀方对多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗月经稀发(肾虚血瘀证)有显著疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of nourishing kidney for removing blood stasis therapy in the treatment of oligomenorrhea induced by polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） with insulin resistance（IR）. Methods Considering 42 cases of patients with diagnostic standard as the research objects. One month was one course of treatment, and the treatment continued three months. The control method was used to compareclinical symptoms and FSH, LH, E2, T, FBG, FINS and GIR before and after treatment. Results The clinical symptoms, serum hormone and insulin resistance before intervention had significant difference. Conclusion nourishing kidney for removing blood stasis therapy in the treatment of oligomenorrhea（kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome） induced by PCOS with IR has significantly curative effect.
