某三甲医院门诊患者抗菌药物应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价某三甲医院门诊患者抗菌药物应用情况,并进行分析。方法抽查2013年该院门诊处方5500张,评价抗菌药物使用情况。结果抽查的5500张处方中,门诊应用抗菌药物使用处方1080张,抗菌药物使用率19.6%;使用品种主要以头孢类为主,其次为大环内酯类和抗真菌类。结论该院门诊抗菌药物使用基本合理,但也存在不合理用药现象,主要表现在药物选择不合理、无指征用药情况等,应继续加强督导检查。 Objective To evaluate and analyze the outpatient usage of antibacterial drugs in a tertiary hospital. Methods A total of 5500 pieces outpatient prescriptions were checked in 2013 for evaluating the usage of antibacterial drugs. Results Of the total 5500 prescriptions examined, 1080 (19.6%) were prescriptions of antibacterial drugs. The master antibacterial drugs of outpatient prescriptions were Cephalosporins, followed by macrolides and quinolones. Conclusion The outpatient usage of antibacterial drugs in the tertiary hospital is basically reasonable. Yet some prob-lems remain to be tackled,such as drug selection is not reasonable and no indications of medication,should continue to strengthen supervision and management.
