摘要
目的:探讨β-内酰胺类抗生素皮肤过敏试验问题。方法:阐述临床上β-内酰胺类抗生素皮肤过敏试验的现状、法规及过敏反应发生机制,对β-内酰胺类抗生素的皮肤过敏试验方法及判断标准提出建议。结果与结论:β-内酰胺类抗生素中,青霉素类抗生素在使用前必须进行皮肤过敏试验;若患者对青霉素过敏,头孢菌素类抗生素在使用前必须进行原药皮肤过敏试验。
OBJECTIVE： To discuss the intradermal test of β-lactam antibiotics.METHODS： The status quo, laws ＆ regulations and mechanism of allergy about intradermal test of β- lactam antibiotics were expounded .Suggestions on method of performing intradermal test of β- lactam antibiotics and the judgment criteria were put forward.RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The intradermal test must be performed before using penicillins.The intradermal test must be done with active compound before using cephalosporins in patients allergic to pinicillins.
