摘要
目的观察结核性脑膜炎患者脑脊液中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和白细胞介素-18(IL-18)的表达特征,关注其临床价值。方法选取120例结核性脑膜炎患者作为观察组,应用ELISA检测观察组脑脊液中TNF-α、IL-6和IL-18的表达。结果观察组不同分期患者TNF-α、IL-6和IL-18的表达差异有统计学意义,观察组中TNF-α、IL-6和IL-18的表达具有相关性。结论结核性脑膜炎患者脑脊液中TNF-α、IL-6和IL-18高表达及协同性对促进患者病程的进展可能有一定价值,联合检测TNF-α、IL-6和IL-18的表达可能对判断病情程度有一定价值。
Objective To dectect expressions on TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-18 of cerebrospinal fluid in patients with tuber-culous meningitis, study their clinical significance. Methods A total of 120 cases with tuberculous meningitis were col-lected as the observation group, the expressions of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-18 were detected by ELISA method. Results The expressions of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-18 were statistically significant in different stage. Positive relationship were found between TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-18 in observation group. Conclusion The higher expressions and synergistic effect of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-18 can promote the progression in patients with tuberculous meningitis. The combined detec-tion of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-18 may be important to injudge illness degree.
