摘要
目的 :了解高原藏汉族儿童各种血细胞参数的正常范围。方法 :采集实验者空腹静脉血于EDTA—K2抗凝管内混匀 ,用日本东亚公司生产的SysmexF - 82 0血球计数仪进行检测。结果 :大部分血细胞参数与国内文献报道有一定的差异。结论 :其差异可能与民族及高原因素有关。
Objective:To understand the normal range of venous blood cell parameters of Tibetan and Han children at high atltitude.Methods:To collect fasting venous blood of experimenters into EDTA-K2 anticoagulative tube,mix up evenly and detect with sysmex F-820 blood cell counter(East Asia Company,Japan).Results:Most of blood cell parameters are with a certain difference to the domestic literature report.Conclusions:The difference is probably related to the factor of nationality and high altitude.
