摘要
目的探讨无创通气联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗肺心病心力衰竭的临床效果。方法对照组采用单硝酸异山梨酯进行治疗方法 ,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用无创通气进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论应用无创通气联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗肺心病心力衰竭,取得了较好的临床效果,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of non-invasive ventilation combined with isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease heart failure Methods Control group used isosorbide mononitrate treatment methods, non-invasive ventilation treatment group were treated on the basis of the control group, to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results The clinical practice of treatment groups was better to control groups. Conclusion Noninvasive ventilation combined with isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease heart failure achieves good clinical results, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
