摘要
为提升技术技能人才培养水平,确保实训基地建设投资效益,在总结多个实训基地创建经验的基础上,紧跟科技发展形势,持续深入创新研究,从理念、建设、运营、举措、证书、实训等维度,提出打造“职教重器”——高水平实训基地的实践路径,为高素质技术技能人才培养夯实基础。
In order to improve the talent training level of technical skills and ensure the investment efficiency of the construction of the training base,on the basis of summing up the construction experience of several training bases,keeping up with the development of science and technology,and continuing in-depth innovation and research,this paper puts forward the practical path of building a high-level training base of“Vocational education”from the perspectives of concept,construction,operation,measures,certificate and training,so as to lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of high-quality technical talents.
