摘要
现代手术室护理管理实现了从管理理念向管理理论、管理模式上的转变,手术室护理朝着专科化、信息化和手供一体化的方向发展,给手术室的护理管理工作带来了新的挑战。因此,手术室的护理管理工作亟待优化。本文从手术室护理管理中的人文关怀、质量管理、风险控制、协同效应等方面,提出了手术室护理管理优化的可行路径。
Modern operating room nursing management underwent transformation from the management philosophy to the management theory and the management paradigm.The development of operating room nurs-ing towards specialization,informationization and integration of operating room-supply room brings new chal-lenges to operating room nursing management.Therefore,the operating room nursing management should be optimized.From the aspects of humanistic care,quality management,risk control,sterile management and synergies in operating room nursing management,this article proposed a feasible method for optimization of op-erating room nursing management .
